1. Summary:

PQ400 tester is a new product which is specially designed to meet calibration of modern diesel injector. It can be used to check performance of various injectors. The following items can be checked:

1)      Checking open pressure of injector

2)      Checking spray discharge pattern of injector

3)      Checking screaming vibration of injector

4)      Checking pressure maintenance of injector

5)      Checking fuel leaking of injector

2. Characteristics:

1)      PQ400 tester takes high pressure air as power source to drive fuel pump, which produce 450bar high-pressure fuel, and meet the pressure and fuel delivery when injector is injecting.

2)      PQ400 tester adopts ECU and operating-button to implement one-time injection and continuous injection.

3)      PQ400 tester adopts manual air pressure regulating valve to adjust fuel injecting pressure, and air pressure throttling valve to adjust injecting speed.

4)      PQ400 adopts prevent-mist-cover which is made by high strength transparent plastic, protect operator separated with high pressure spay area, and make operator to observe spray discharge pattern easily.

5)      PQ400 installs clamping arm which is convenient to fix injector.
